• remove or secure any sensitive information when feasible, and understand that no method is fully risk-free.

5. Data Backup; Risk of Loss

You should back up your data before Services begin. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or failure of software, hardware, storage media, or backup processes unless required by law and to the extent such disclaimer is not permitted.

6. Remote Access and Safety

If remote access is used, you consent to us using the applicable tools during the appointment to perform the Services. You agree not to interfere with the remote session and to keep your device accessible and powered as instructed.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent information;
• provide us with malware or attempt to harm systems;
• request or use Services for illegal purposes;
